HOW MUCH WILL, IT COST ME TO HAVE MY HOUSE CLEANED?
Earth Friendly Cleaning charges at an Hourly and 1/2 Hourly rate with a minimum of 2 Hours. Please call us to discuss rates and requirements.
WILL YOU USE MY CLEANING MATERIALS?
We provide all cleaning equipment and materials excluding vac.
CAN I USE EARTH FRIENDLY ON A CASUAL BASIS ONLY?
Yes, Earth Friendly is available for once off/spring cleaning, moving out cleans or just simply the occasional clean. We like to meet your requirements where we can.
WHO WILL BE COMING TO CLEAN MY HOME?
We endeavour to have the same cleaner come to your home for each clean. In unforeseen circumstances we may need to send a relieving cleaner. Earth Friendly thoroughly screen all staff. This process consists of a Police & thorough reference check.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?
We are quite flexible in this area. Please call us to make suitable arrangements.
AM I ABLE TO REQUEST A FEMALE CLEANER?
Yes, we are able to provide you with a female cleaner if you wish. Earth Friendly Cleaning is an equal opportunity business. Husband and Wife teams as well as individual male cleaners are part of our cleaning staff along with our female cleaners. All EFC staff maintain a high standard of cleaning and are found to be honest, trustworthy and reliable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING?
In the rare event of this occurring you need to contact our office immediately and we will rectify the situation promptly. We are confident that we uphold a high standard of cleaning, customer service and approachability this is why we guarantee our work.
